Effective 4 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-04
Morbin is a product of Grabit India. Business address: Office No 01-02, F. F. 3642-43, Maruti Market, Gali Lohe Wali, Chawri Bazar, Delhi - 110006, India. GSTIN: 07BERPK6402C1ZN. Business enquiries: parth@grabitindia.com. For personal-data requests, use the privacy request form.
Morbin provides event registration, ticket delivery, check-in and payment administration. The named organiser is responsible for the event, its description, eligibility rules, venue, admission and delivery. Morbin is not the event organiser merely because it processes a booking or collects a payment. These terms cover participants and organisation users; any separately agreed commercial terms also apply. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply.
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract to use the self-service application, account and checkout. Organisation owners must be authorised to bind the organisation. Give accurate contact and business information and keep your login secure. Passwords are chosen through a one-time setup link, not sent in email. Do not share passwords, sign-in codes or setup links. The owner manages authorised team access and must remove access that is no longer needed. Notify Morbin promptly of suspected compromise.
An organisation may apply through /apply or be created by a Morbin administrator. An application is not approval. The owner receives setup instructions or a sign-in notification for an existing account and must accept the current organisation terms before the team uses the service. Paid ticketing and payouts may also require business, bank and payment-account verification. Approval does not certify the legality or safety of the organisation's events, and Morbin may request information needed to assess risk or meet legal obligations.
Review the event, ticket type, eligibility conditions and total before confirming a booking. The checkout shows applicable platform fees and taxes; the organiser's configured fee allocation determines who pays them. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. A ticket is confirmed when Morbin records the successful payment or completes a free registration, not merely when a bank authorisation appears. Temporary seat holds may expire. Do not submit card numbers, CVVs, bank PINs or payment OTPs to Morbin support or organiser forms. Ticket codes are entry credentials and should not be published or forwarded.
Organisers must publish accurate event conditions and deal fairly with changes and cancellations. Refund eligibility follows the disclosed event conditions and applicable law. A refund request is not a completed refund; Morbin reviews and processes eligible requests, or the organisation settles an approved organisation-handled refund. Refund value, platform-fee treatment and any permitted costs must be disclosed; mandatory law overrides a non-refundable label. Gateway and bank processing times are outside Morbin's direct control. Organisation payouts depend on verified bank details, available settled funds, applicable fees, approved refunds and other disclosed adjustments. Errors and payment disputes should be reported promptly.
Collect only information reasonably needed to run the event and explain the purpose to participants. Obtain valid consent or another lawful basis before supplying eligibility lists or personal information to Morbin; retain evidence of that authority. Do not upload children's records without a separately approved lawful process. Use attendee details only for the disclosed event purposes, not unrelated marketing, sale or onward disclosure. Limit staff access, secure exported files, apply purpose-based retention and cooperate with correction, withdrawal, erasure and grievance requests. The organiser's duties continue for copies downloaded from Morbin. Morbin provides these services on the organiser's documented instructions where it acts as a processor; the organiser must not give unlawful instructions.
Morbin handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, maintains appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, uses service providers for defined purposes and assists with verified data requests. Access needed for support, security or financial administration is not permission to use data for unrelated purposes. Morbin and the organiser must cooperate on suspected personal-data incidents and applicable notifications. Neither this agreement nor use of a cloud provider eliminates either party's statutory responsibility.
Do not create unlawful or misleading events, impersonate an organisation, bypass booking limits, attack the service, scrape personal data or upload malicious files. You retain rights in lawful event content and grant Morbin the limited permission needed to display it, deliver tickets and operate the service. You must have permission to use uploaded images, names and materials. Morbin's software, branding and original materials remain Morbin's or its licensors' property.
Morbin may restrict accounts, sales or payouts when reasonably needed to address abuse, fraud, security, verification failures or legal requirements, and will provide an explanation where lawful and practicable. Restriction does not remove obligations to ticket holders or erase financial records. You may request account closure and erasure; pending refunds, disputes and legally required records may prevent immediate deletion. Closing an organiser account does not cancel the organiser's responsibility for its events or downloaded data.
Morbin will exercise reasonable care in providing the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the quality of independently organised events. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful acts, data misuse and breach of its obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, fraud or statutory data-protection responsibility. Raise an event issue with the organiser and a platform or payment issue with Morbin; privacy grievances can be submitted through the data-request form. These terms are governed by Indian law. Competent courts and statutory authorities retain the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
Material changes are published with a new version and effective date. Organisation owners must accept the updated terms before further dashboard use. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights in an existing booking or authorise a new use of personal information without the required notice and legal basis.
