Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 24 October 2026

Morbin is a product of Grabit India, which sells event tickets on behalf of organisers. This policy covers every ticket bought on Morbin and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who sets the terms

Each event is run by its organiser, who decides whether its tickets can be cancelled or refunded. Those terms are shown on the event page and at checkout before you pay. Unless the event page says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

2. Non-refundable tickets

A non-refundable ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged after purchase, including when you cannot attend. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Cancelled or postponed events

If an event is cancelled, or postponed to a new date, everyone who bought a ticket gets a full refund of the ticket value through Morbin, even when its tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Morbin starts these refunds as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, so you don't need to ask.

4. Payment errors

If you were charged but did not receive a ticket, we first complete your booking and issue the ticket, which is always our first preference. If that is not possible, for example because the event is sold out or has ended, the full amount is refunded. If you were charged more than once for the same booking, or charged the wrong amount, the extra amount is refunded in full. Write to us with your registered email and the payment reference.

5. Convenience fee

The convenience fee pays for booking, payment processing and ticket delivery, and it is non-refundable. When a payment fails or Morbin refunds a duplicate charge, the full amount, including the fee, is returned.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through our payment gateway, Razorpay. You should see the money within 5–7 working days after the refund is started; the exact time depends on your bank. Morbin emails you when the refund is started. Refunds are never paid in cash or to a different account.

7. Requests and complaints

Send refund requests to parth@morbin.space with the email you booked with, the event name and your ticket code or payment reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate to our grievance officer at the address below.
